[25/10/12]:new "price mechanic", changed format of character info to make it less of an eye-sore
[EDIT]: 16/10/12- Added some missing info here and there. Got rid of one trait that doesn't add to anything in his character.

I need to stop procrastinating x_x

Tried to make this sound like a document from an annoyed recruiting agent. If that doesn't work out well, let me know and I'll change it to something more traditional :3
Anyways...

-------------------------------------
As you make your way to Hell’s Gate to join the battle against the Godly Beasts, you see a cloaked man along the path searching the corpse of a fallen (Caelian) warrior. He senses your presence and stands up immediately, quickly pocketing away jewels that were previously encrusted on the Caelian’s armor. Sensing no hostility from you, he clears his throat and does a polite bow.

“Hello, my friend. You look like you’re in need of my potions. Care to buy one?”

-------------------------------------
:bulletblue:Name: Micah
:bulletblue:Race: Human
:bulletblue:Sex: Male
:bulletblue:Age: 27
:bulletblue:Height: 5’4”
:bulletblue:Faction: Ares
:bulletblue:Occupation: Merchant; will eventually have him join reconnaissance units once his training is complete

:bulletred:History:bulletred:
(NOTICE: The following information is only available to high ranking Arean officials for the security of our soldiers.)

Micah was a general supplies merchant found traveling within Arean territories approximately six months after beginning of the War. He found it difficult to travel to the other territories due to the ongoing war.

Despite staying within Arean borders, he stood on neutral ground during his commerce, offering his wares not only to Arean soldiers, but to the Caelian and Earthran ones as well. Units have been sent to hunt down the merchant in an attempt to threaten him into selling his goods exclusively to Ares, but he seems to vanish into thin air whenever our units approached. Soldiers grew wary of the possibility that he may have belonged to either Caelius or Earthra and start an attack from within.

Two weeks ago, our units found Micah lying in the middle of the road, possibly paralyzed by the local Irriel. He was taken in to be treated, and was later told to join Ares upon recovery.

Due to his neutral stand before officially joining Ares, spies have been sent to gather us much information as possible about Micah for the safety and security of Ares. They have found that Micah’s parents were simple farmers who currently live within Earthran territory (Repeatedly, Micah has claimed that he grew up with a prestigious family that unfortunately died due to the war). They are not aware of Micah's current status.
The farm was isolated. Traveling to a nearby city from the farm would take two and a half days without a proper carriage.
The farmers could not afford education for Micah until he was 8 years of age. He lived in the city for the duration for his study, due to the distance between his school and his home. Micah apparently never returned to his family upon graduation, not even sending a single letter. It’s been assumed that he has stayed in the city to chase after a life of luxury.

:bulletred:Personality:bulletred:
:bulletorange:His journals show that he wishes to one day take control of a part of Zion once he has gained enough money from the war. Micah believes highly in the influence money has over people for even he has been enamored by it.
:bulletorange:Micah likes bribing to get away with things.
:bulletorange:There is a good chance Micah would sell you out if it will benefit him. Do not trust your life with this man.
:bulletorange:Micah's journals say he has high standards when it comes to his idea of "likable human beings". Interactions with Micah implies that anyone who isn't him is not a "likable human being."
:bulletorange:There have been rumors of Micah selling his wares to other factions despite his contract to Ares. Evidence will be highly rewarded.

We temporarily confiscated his items to identify them, and also to maintain security within the base while he stays.

:bulletgreen:Inventory Check Results::bulletgreen:

(NOTICE: Results have been made available to Arean soldiers only. All potions listed can be bought from Micah. List may update time to time.)
Price Legend:
:bulletyellow:(easy)- Cheap, can be easily bought by characters with low income.
:bulletyellow:(medium)- Low income characters can't buy a lot.
:bulletyellow:(hard)- Low income characters will have to save up a lot. High income characters can only buy a few.

:bulletred:Fari Bead Cloak (not for sale)- A navy blue cloak adorned with four (4) Fari beads. Was at first thought to be a regular cloak used to hide his potions, but later found that it can also hide its user as well by transforming into a nearby object if the hood is pulled up. User is restricted to staying in place while cloaked. Movement breaks illusion instantly.
:bulletorange:The illusion that forms around the user is based on whatever image the user is thinking of. Regular humans like Micah do not have the capacity to perfectly recreate an image in their heads, causing the resulting illusion to miss a bit of texture. From afar, this imperfection cannot be noticed, but up close, it has been described as “like looking at a rough painting.” Distance of the effectiveness of the cloak varies.
:bulletorange:It’s possible that the more Fari beads there are on the cloak, the stronger the illusion.
:bulletorange:Micah used this cloak to avoid detection from our units or from other hostile forces.

:bulletred:Ornate dagger (not for sale)- A jewel encrusted dagger that serves as Micah's only method self-defense. No magical properties whatsoever.

:bulletred:“Healing” potion (medium)- light blue fluid contained in a 5 inch clear glass phial. Properties of liquid actually much closer to a pain-killer, numbing pain instead of actually healing wounds.
:bulletorange: Drink potion. Do not apply potion to open wounds.

:bulletred:Poison A (easy)- Used for self defense. Creates a painful burning sensation upon contact with skin. Poisons are to be applied to weapons for use. May be thrown at targets, but highly wasteful.

:bulletred:Amplification potion (medium)- Syrupy green liquid contained in a 12.7 cm (5 inches) clear glass phial. Does not amplify strength, magical abilities or sexual performance, but Micah often claims it does. Instead, the liquid amplifies the five basic senses of a human being. Effects on other races with extra senses have not been documented. Often used by spies and reconnaissance agents during missions that
take place in dark and quiet areas. Wears off in 15 minutes.
:bulletorange:Micah took advantage of this potions effect to detect the hunting units before even seeing each other, giving him ample time to put up an illusion.
:bulletorange:WARNING: Do not take potion in places with heavy stimuli such as large cities during day time or in the middle of a battle. Light sources become blinding, smells will overpower, sounds will deafen and food will taste terrible. Drink at your own risk.

(NOTICE: Micah will readily accompany any adventurer who
wishes to hunt the monsters of Zion in order to gather ingredients to create new potions.)

Y U NO HAVE CODE FOR MAKING INDENTS

I've purposely made Micah's backstory not that big because I want to have a lot of room for character development while playing in the RP. 'tis where the fun is for me, unfortunately. I like starting with a blank slate and working from there.

Would the events of the RP make Micah a relatively nicer individual? Or would he end up becoming more of a heartless little greed monster?

Woah.

WOAH.

ALL OF MY FUCKING WOOOOOOAH.

Seriously man. His entire story and portrayal (except for being the inherently evil part) has changed so dramatically that I think he's a different Micah from the And Then There Were None-Micah!

Did he made it in though?
